Animal rescue to hold fall festival Oct. 20

New Beginnings Animal Rescue will hold a Moonlight Fall Fest from 5-8 p.m. on Oct. 20 at 706-R Cranbury Road, East Brunswick.

Enjoy hot apple cider, apple crumb cake and other treats and surprises to celebrate fall. DJ Mike the Apeman will host a trivia contest, Name that Tune and Let’s Make a Deal with a chance to win prizes.

Children can paint pumpkins, and pets can pose for a harvest or spooky photo.

Carmen’s Thrift Store will be open with items such as pet costumes, leashes, collars, sweaters and more.

In addition, fee-free adoptions will be offered for all adult cats and dogs. All pets are already spayed/neutered, up to date with vaccines, dewormed, tested, groomed and vet-checked. Adoption applications and reference check required.
