Temple Emanu-El is holding a Prospective Membership Giveaway Program for prospective members who attend any service or event in October at the synagogue, 100 James Street, Edison.
The prospective member can enter into a raffle for 12 months of free membership.
At 6 p.m., Oct. 4, Pizza in the Hut, a celebration of Sukkot with pizza will be held. It will be $5 per person for dinner. RSVP in advance is a must.
At 7 p.m., Oct. 11, a celebration of the Torah will be held with singing, dancing, and reading from the Torah. All ages are welcome.
At 7 p.m., Oct. 13, Shabbat ALIVE!, a joyous and participatory musical service will be heldJoin us in celebrating Shabbat with song and dance.
From 2-5 p.m., Oct. 15, a free celebrations vendor fair will be held.
At 6 p.m., Oct. 20, a tot Shabbat will be held for children up to six years old.
