Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage expands presence in New Jersey with acquisition

Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage, a leading residential real estate brokerage company in New Jersey and Rockland County, New York, announced  that it has acquired the assets of Century 21 Worden and Green. Operating from two offices, the company has served residential and commercial real estate customers and clients in New Jersey for more than 20 years. Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage is part of NRT LLC, the nation’s largest residential real estate brokerage company.

Former broker-owners Ken Worden and Mark Green will affiliate with Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage in a sales capacity.

The acquired company has approximately 140 affiliated real estate agents that are welcomed in the Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage offices located at 716 Route 206 and Raider Boulevard in Hillsborough, and 275 Route 18 South in East Brunswick.

This acquisition builds Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage’s momentum in New Jersey, with an expanded residential and commercial real estate presence in Somerset, Hunterdon, Mercer, Middlesex, Monmouth, Morris, Ocean, Warren and Union counties.
