Opioid Epidemic Symposium Nov. 16 at JFK Medical Center

Experts from law enforcement and the medical profession will provide prescribers with an in-depth look into the opioid epidemic’s causes and effects and information on how to properly address the situation during the Partnership for a Drug-Free New Jersey’s Do No Harm Symposium from 6:30-8:30 p.m. Nov. 16 at JFK Medical Center, 65 James St., Edison.

Registration begins at 6 p.m. The seminar is co-sponsored by the New York/New Jersey High Intensity Drug Trafficking Areas program, the Drug Enforcement Administration — New Jersey Division, the Middlesex County Prosecutor’s Office, JFK Medical Center, the New Jersey Dental Association and Wellspring Center for Prevention.
