A fast-casual restaurant known for its customizable pizzas prepared in five minutes or less will bring Halal- and vegetarian-sensitivity to South Brunswick.

The Kendall Park location will only serve Halal meat and will have a separate line, oven and cutting station for vegetarians. Pie Five also accommodates dietary restrictions by offering gluten-free crust and  vegan cheese options.

Hand-tossed wings, salad and warm cinnamon sticks are also on the menu.

This is franchisee Dinesh Goswami’s first Pie Five location. He has investments in other franchises such as Arby’s, Popeyes, Taco Bell and Dunkin Donuts.

Pie Five Pizza Co. is open every day from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m.
