Andrew Schreck of Allentown has graduated from Ithaca College, Ithaca, N.Y., with a Bachelor of Arts degree in philosophy. Andrew was awarded his degree in December 2017.

Emma Rauscher of Allentown has been named to the Miami University, Oxford, Ohio, 2017 fall president’s list. Students who are ranked in the top 3 percent of undergraduate students within each division for first semester 2017-18 were named to the president’s list recognizing academic excellence. Emma is working toward earning a Bachelor of Arts degree majoring in University Studies.

Christopher Bellanova of Allentown was awarded gold stars by The Citadel, Charleston, S.C., for achieving a 3.7 grade point average or higher for the 2017 fall semester. Cadets and students who achieve Gold Star recognition are also placed on the dean’s list.

Springfield College, Springfield, Mass., has named Peter Marsicano of Allentown to the dean’s list for the 2017 fall term. Peter is studying health science and pre-physical therapy.

Vincent Anthony Alessi of Millstone Township has been named to the dean’s list at Norwich University, Northfield, Vt., for the 2017 fall semester.

Samantha Pfeffer of Cream Ridge, an environmental studies major at Gettysburg College, Gettysburg, Pa., studied in Tanzania, Africa, during the 2017 fall semester. More than 200 students studied globally during the 2017 fall semester, representing more than 30 majors in more than 25 countries.

Kaitlyn Miles of Allentown has been named to the dean’s list at Marist College, Poughkeepsie, N.Y., for the 2017 fall semester. Kaitlyn is a member of the class of 2019 and is majoring in psychology.

University of the Sciences, Philadelphia, Pa., has named Alexander Nguyen of Allentown to fall 2017 dean’s list. Alexander is a doctor of pharmacy student.

Quinnipiac University, Hamden, Conn., has named the following area students to the dean’s list for the 2017 fall semester: Jillian Germino and Thomas Krosnowski of Allentown; Nicole LaSelva of Cream Ridge; and Felicia Duch and Samantha Farkas of Millstone Township.

Venkatesh Chinnakonda of Cream Ridge earned a Master of Science in mechanical engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology, Atlanta, Ga.

Victoria A. Cheff of Allentown has been named to the dean’s list for the 2017 fall semester at Colby College, Waterville, Maine. Victoria is a member of the class of 2018. She attended Allentown High School and is the daughter of Robert and Tanya Cheff. Victoria is majoring in French studies.
