A seminar to address the changes in estate tax and probate for AARP members will be held at 2:20 p.m. on March 19 at Our Lady of Peace, 620 Amboy Ave., Edison.
Kenneth Vercammen of Edison, the co-author of “NJ Elder Law & Probate,” and an attorney and AARP member himself, will provide complimentary material while discussing the preparation of wills, the increase in federal estate and gift tax exemption, changes to pensions, power of attorney and living wills.
