East Brunswick Historical Society presentation will discuss 1918 flu pandemic

The East Brunswick Historical Society will hold a discussion on the 1918 influenza pandemic in New Jersey at 2 p.m., March 11, at the society building, 78 Milltown Road, East Brunswick.

Jennifer Harmsen will discuss her paper on one of the most severe outbreaks of the 20th century. She will examine the impact the pandemic left on New Jersey and the response by local communities.
