Old Bridge Library to hold classical violin concert

The Old Bridge Library’s next Second Saturday Concert, “Violin Story: From Renaissance to Modern,” will be held at 2:30 p.m. on June 9 at the library, 1 Old Bridge Plaza at the corner of Route 516 and Cottrell Road, Old Bridge.

The event is the second of four planned performances of a Collegium Musicum Concert Series. It will feature violin duets by Old Bridge resident Alexei Yavtuhovich and Dr. Eugenia Goldman, and piano works by Shea Velloso. Pieces by Uccellini, Bach, Handel, Wieniawski and Bartok will be performed.

Attendees are asked to bring a non-perishable, unexpired food donation for the Old Bridge Food Pantry.
