South River Human Relations Commission will hold self-defense class

The South River Human Relations Commission will hold a woman’s self defense class from 1-3 p.m. on June 16 at Satori Academy, 388 Ryders Lane, Milltown, taught by fourth- and fifth- degree black belt female instructors.

The class is first come, first serve and the class limit is 60 women, age 21 and up. No experience necessary. Admission is free.

Attendees must wear comfortable exercise clothing. No shoes on the mat.

RSVP is required by June 14.
