Joseph P. Costa is the founding attorney of Costa Legal Group. As an elder law attorney, his focus is representing the interests of seniors and their caregivers. As with many successful elder law attorneys, Costa’s background is diverse and allows for a multidisciplinary practice. For example, he is accredited with the Department of Veterans Affairs and is a member of the Elder & Disability Law Section on the New Jersey State Bar Association. His prior experience in real estate, insurance, mortgages, and finance provide him with a practical approach to solving complex legal problems.
