Hillsborough Dukes Pop Warner sent their two competitive cheerleading teams to the Pop Warner Championships in Disney World the first week of December.
On Dec. 4, the Hillsborough Dukes Jr. Pee Wee Cheer team placed second at Nationals in Disney World. This was a huge accomplishment for these girls especially since it was their first year on a competitive cheer team. This team of nine cheerleaders range in age from 8 to 10 years old. They were the first performance of the day; they were absolutely phenomenal and fearless. Their 2018 National performance was their best performance of the season. The girls’ motto was Dream It, Do It and they did! Their hard work and commitment paid off. The Hillsborough Dukes organization is so proud of them and this achievement.
