East Brunswick Library to ring in Year of the Pig

The East Brunswick Public Library will rings in The Year of the Pig with a special Chinese New Year Celebration at 2 p.m. on Feb. 23 at the library, 2 Jean Walling Civic Center.

The afternoon features demonstrations of kung fu, the dancing lion puppet, Chinese dancing, a magic show, games, a food sampling and a calligraphy workshop.

The program is sponsored by the Chinese Heritage School of New Jersey. It is free and open to the public.
