Sacred relics to visit Corpus Christi Parish on March 17

Corpus Christi Parish will offer an exposition of sacred relics at 2 p.m. on March 17 in the church, 100 James St., South River.

More than 150 relics will be present, some as old as 2,000 years. Among the treasures will be the relics of St. Vincent de Paul, St. Maria Goretti, St. Therese of Lisieux (The Little Flower), St. Francis of Assisi, St. Anthony of Padua, St. Thomas Aquinas and St. Faustian Kowalski.

In addition, there will be a piece of a veil that belonged to Our Lady, and one of the largest remaining pieces of the True Cross in the world.
