The Township of North Brunswick‘s Wartime Veteran Street Sign Program is designed to recognize wartime veterans who have served the community and country by adding a secondary honorary street sign to an existing municipal road.

The program is open to all North Brunswick residents, born or currently living in township. Key important factors are that the individual served in the active military forces, and was discharged or released under honorable conditions. Armed conflict, official periods of armed conflict and current uniform period of services dates, World War II, Korean War, Vietnam War, Gulf War, Operation Iraqi Freedom or Operation Enduring Freedom are all included. The branches of service include the Army, Navy, Air Force, Marine Corps and  Coast Guard.
