Sales associate Michael Anderson from the Weichert, Realtors’ Middletown office is spearheading a collection drive to benefit the homeless.

The 2006 Monmouth United Sting, a boys travel soccer team in Middletown coached by Anderson, has once again joined forces with Blessing Bag Brigade, whose mission is to bring “blessing bags” to the homeless in New York City, Asbury Park, Newark and other surrounding areas. Items being collected include toothpaste, toothbrushes, lotion, deodorant, shampoo, soap/body wash, disposable razors, crew socks, small water bottles, and snack foods such as soft breakfast bars. Donated items should be unisex and travel size.
