Christopher Anthony, regional vice president of Weichert, Realtors, announced that the Marlboro office and one of its top-producing sales associates were recognized for exceptional sales success in April. The Marlboro office, which is managed by Barbara Berg, led the Weichert sales region for dollar volume, resale dollar volume and sales. Individually, sales associate Tereza Timo-Roth from the Marlboro office led the region for sales and resales during the month. The region is comprised of locations throughout Middlesex, Monmouth and Ocean counties. In related news, Berg announced her top-producing sales associates at the office level for April. Timo-Roth led all associates in the Marlboro office for sales, revenue units and dollar volume. Glenda Grill had the most listings, and JoAnna Siminerio and Gail Szeluga were the top team in April.
Team Kurlander achieved a place among the Top Two real estate sales teams (of four-plus members) at Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage in New Jersey and Rockland County for 2018, ranking No. 2 in both the categories of gross commission income and total units sold. Alan Kurlander leads the top sales team affiliated with the company’s Marlboro-Manalapan office. For 2018, Team Kurlander was named to the International Society of Excellence, the highest award achieved out of more than 3,100 Coldwell Banker sales teams in the United States and Canada. For the ninth year in a row in 2019, New Jersey Monthly Magazine named Kurlander a Five Star Real Estate Agent based on surveys of highly satisfied clients. In addition, Kurlander was one of only 17 real estate agents in New Jersey named a Real Estate Market Leader by Five Star Professional in 2019, a recognition that was published by Forbes.
