East Brunswick Woman’s Club awards scholarships

The East Brunswick Woman’s Club awarded scholarships to local students as the school year came to a close.

Recipients of the 2019 scholarships went to Tehyla McLeod and Raquel Rocha of East Brunswick High School, and Sarah Kitchen and Elena Zambrowski of Middlesex County Vo-Tech.

The East Brunswick Woman’s Club meets from September to May. Members volunteer in the community, build leadership and personal skills, and make lasting friendships. Through their fundraising activities, they are able to help to support local organizations and provide scholarships to local students.

The club is open to women who reside in East Brunswick and the surrounding communities. For more information, call Laura at 732-254-5742.
