A recent fire in Monroe Township has destroyed a family’s home.
Girl Scout Troop 83824 and the St. James Knights of Columbus will hold a fundraiser from 6-8 p.m. on Aug. 16 to benefit the family at the Knights building, 83 E. Lincoln Ave., Monroe.

The spaghetti dinner includes meatballs and sausage, salad, bread, soda, coffee and dessert.
The cost is $20 for adults or $10 for children 12 and under.
Tickets can be purchased at www.stjameskofc6336.com, where donations will be accepted as well. Gift card donations will be accepted as well.
