Julia Wiemken of Howell is a member of the 2019 cross country team at Kutztown University, Kutztown, Pa. Kutztown was picked fifth in the Pennsylvania State Athletic Conference preseason poll. The 2019 PSAC Cross Country Championships are scheduled for Oct. 25 at Bloomsburg University of Pennsylvania.
