Hackensack Meridian Health Raritan Bay Medical Center in Perth Amboy welcomed the first baby of 2020 in Middlesex County: Elias Anthony Alejandro Vargas of Sayreville, born at 12:54 a.m. on Jan. 1 at 7lbs, 2.3oz and 19 ¾-inches.
