Seminar focuses on new expungement law for removal of criminal convictions

The New Jersey statute on expungement was revised in a law signed on Dec. 18, 2019. If someone has been arrested, has a private criminal complaint signed against them in the municipal court or have a criminal record (even if the charges were dismissed or received a Conditional Discharge under NJ Law), past criminal arrests and convictions can be expunged/erased under certain instances.

Are you someone who needs an expungement? Do you have children or know someone that needs an expungement?
