A 29-year-old Philadelphia, Pa., woman was charged with possession of a controlled dangerous substance (marijuana), possession of a controlled dangerous substance in a motor vehicle, improper turning, non-resident touring privileges and failure to exhibit documents after she was stopped for a motor vehicle violation on Washington Crossing-Pennington Road on March 7.

A 24-year-old Cedar Knolls man was arrested on outstanding warrants from the Livingston, Hanover and Mendham municipal courts after the driver of the car in which he was a passenger was stopped for a motor vehicle violation on Bear Tavern Road on March 5. He was also charged with failure to wear a seat belt.

A Fiddlers’s Creek Road resident reported that someone vandalized her mailbox between March 6 and March 7.
