Downed trees, power outages reported in wake of Tropical Storm Isaias

Tropical Storm Isaias left a trail of downed trees and power outages in its wake as it raced through Lawrence Township on Aug. 4, according to the Lawrence Township Police Department.

Route 206 was closed between Cold Soil Road and Province Line Road because of fallen trees blocking the roadway. Trees also blocked Princeton Pike, between Lewisville Road and Province Line Road Aug. 4, police said.

The section of Pretty Brook Road in Lawrence Township also was closed because of downed electrical wires, police said.
