About 2,000 Hofstra University, Hempstead, N.Y., students earned their undergraduate, graduate or law degrees this spring and summer. The following local residents were among the graduates: Sam Bussell of Jackson earned a Bachelor of Science in Video/Television; Christopher Eiserle of Jackson earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting; Jillian Lamanna of Jackson earned a Bachelor of Science in Fine Arts; Natalie Lorenzo of Howell earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing; and Tyra Mcewen of Jackson earned a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology.

Seton Hall University, South Orange, has named the following area residents to the Spring 2020 dean’s list: Ashley Bock of Jackson, Daniel Cappucci of Jackson, Jessica Chartier of Jackson, Peter Colon of Jackson, Kyle Courtney of Jackson, Brian Dipasquale of Howell, Anabelle Dunn of Jackson, Katherine Klein of Howell, Mary Margaret Miller of Howell, Alexa Parisi of Howell, Matthew Pelkowski of Howell, Cassandra Rudderow of Jackson, Alexis Servidio of Howell, Bradley Shumer of Howell, Justin Tramontana of Howell, Dillon Ventura of Jackson, Kathleen Watts of Howell, Elyse Whary of Jackson and Allison Wrubel of Howell.

Thomas Lynch, a marketing major from Howell, graduated from Coastal Carolina University, Conway, S.C., in Summer 2020. The university held its virtual commencement ceremony on Aug. 7.
