Lawrence Ledger News Out with the old, in with the new By: Submitted Content Date: November 29, 2023 Share post: FacebookTwitterEmailPrint On Feb. 23, 2024, the Lawrence Township Police Department will be 100 years old! On Nov. 21, we received our new “Centennial Entry Banner!” As part of our centennial celebrations, events and happenings, we are replacing our old “90th Anniversary” banner with a new one. The new one was designed by Lt. Michael Whitmore (who is our Centennial Committee Chairman) and created locally by “FastSigns.” Chief Christopher Longo also pitched in and helped Public Works hang the new banner. We hope and expect that our new banner will be up for generations to come!
