A 41-year-old Trenton man was charged with driving under the influence, reckless driving, careless driving and refusal to submit to a breath test after a police officer was sent to investigate a possible crash on Route 130 at 1:20 a.m. Dec. 25. He allegedly showed signs of impairment and refused to submit to a breath test. He was processed and released.

A 36-year-old Monmouth Junction man was charged with driving under the influence, reckless driving, careless driving and being an unlicensed driver after he was observed asleep behind the wheel of a vehicle parked in the exit lane of the East Windsor Village shopping center on Route 571 at 1:20 a.m. Dec. 25. He was processed and released.

A 51-year-old Stockton man was charged with driving under the influence, reckless driving, careless driving and failure to maintain lane after a police officer observed his vehicle weaving and traveling under the speed limit on Old York Road at 12:28 a.m. Dec. 22. He was processed and released.

A 60-year-old Monroe Township woman was charged with shoplifting for allegedly selecting merchandise valued at $463.42 at ShopRite and attempting to leave the store without paying for the items at 1:38 p.m. Dec. 21. She was processed and released.

A 23-year-old Wall Township man was charged with driving under the influence, reckless driving and careless driving after he was involved in a two-vehicle crash on Route 571 near Route 535 at 5:27 p.m. Dec. 19. He was processed and released.

A 45-year-old Roosevelt resident was charged with driving under the influence, reckless driving, careless driving and failure to observe a traffic signal after a police officer saw the driver weaving and failing to stop for a red traffic signal at 12:25 a.m. Dec. 17. The driver was processed and released.
