The Jewish Federation in the Heart of New Jersey will sponsor a free communal concert to celebrate Israel’s 70th birthday at 7 p.m. on April 22 at Congregation B’nai Tikvah, 1001 Finnegans Lane, North Brunswick.
Musicians from Neve Shalom, Highland Park Conservative, Anshe Emeth Memorial Temple, the Sons of Tikvah Band of B’nai Tikvah and Makhelat Hamercaz will perform joyful Israeli favorites, classics, sing-alongs and some new selections for about 90 minutes.
