The MOMS Club of the East Brunswick area will meet from 4:30-6 p.m. on April 20 at VFW Post 133, Cranbury Road, East Brunswick.
A guest speaker will host a free mindfulness class for children ages 4-6. Learn strategies to manage emotions and create a strong mind and body.
