Neve Shalom will honor Barbara and Eliot Spack of Edison as its 2019 Tribute Honorees on April 7 at Neve Shalom, 250 Grove Ave., Edison.
The special tribute journal will be filled with congratulatory messages for the couple, who has served the community for more than 45 years.
