A 53-year-old Flemington man was charged with driving while intoxicated after he was stopped for speeding on Route 31 near Route 612 on Jan 27. He was also charged with speeding, failure to exhibit documents, reckless driving and driving with a suspended license.

A 34-year-old Trenton woman was charged with possession of a controlled dangerous substance, possession of a controlled dangerous substance in a motor vehicle, driving without a license and failure to exhibit documents following a motor vehicle stop on Reed Road Feb. 2.

A Nursery Road resident reported the theft of his car, valued at $60,000, from his detached garage sometime between Jan. 18 and Feb. 2.

A Hopewell Township resident reported receiving a letter in the mail that contained harassing statements directed toward him. The incident was reported Jan. 29.

A Hopewell Borough resident reported on Jan. 30 that someone used a fraudulent check to withdraw money from her bank account.

Sometime between Feb. 2 and Feb. 3, a thief took an assortment of items valued at a combined $55 from an unlocked car while it was parked on Woodmere Road.

A 39-year-old inmate at the Mercer County Correctional Center was charged with possession of a controlled dangerous substance and possession of drug paraphernalia while he was locked up in the county jail Jan. 26.

A 31-year-old Trenton resident was arrested on outstanding warrants from the City of Trenton Municipal Court and from the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania at a Church Road residence Feb. 5 after police were sent to the residence for an investigation. She was taken to the Mercer County Correctional Center in default of bail.

A 35-year-old Hopewell Township man was arrested on an outstanding warrant from Hamilton Township Municipal Court on Feb. 5 at a Timkak Lane address. He was turned over to the Hamilton Township Police Department.
