Bordentown Township reports three new cases of coronavirus

BORDENTOWN – No new cases of the novel coronavirus were reported by Bordentown City on April 28, so the total remains steady at 16 residents who have tested positive; there are two deaths total.

Bordentown Township reported three new cases on April 28, bringing the total number of residents testing positive to 55. There are three deaths total.

Across Burlington County there are 2,513 positive cases reported, 157 of which were newly reported on April 28, according to information provided by the Burlington County Board of Chosen Freeholders’ Office of Public Information. There are 111 deaths total.

The county has removed statistics on those patients who have been cleared from quarantine in order to incorporate new recommendations from the New Jersey Department of Health on how to log cases, according to the statement.
