Goldberg Segalla adds associate to firms’ Worker’s Compensation group in Princeton

Goldberg Segalla added associate James J. Baber to the firm’s Workers’ Compensation group in Princeton.

Baber concentrates his practice on counseling employers, insurance carriers, and third-party administrators in workers’ compensation matters, and litigating matters before the New Jersey Division of Workers’ Compensation and the New Jersey Superior Court.

 

Before entering private practice, Baber gained experience as a judicial law clerk to the Hon. Maureen B. Mantineo in the Superior Court of New Jersey, Hudson Vicinage, Chancery Division; and as a law clerk in the Hudson County Law Department.

He earned his Bachelor of Arts at the University of San Francisco and his Juris Doctorate at Seton Hall University School of Law. He also holds a Masters of Law in International Business Law from Central European University.

Baber was previously with Lerner, Piermont and Riverol in Jersey City.

 

Outside his practice, he volunteers with The Simpson-Baber Foundation for the autistic.
