Waterspirit’s Summer Solstice celebration will be held from 1-4 p.m. June 18 at Stella Maris, 981 Ocean Ave., Long Branch.
The event brings families together for an afternoon outdoors to be grateful for the energy and warmth of the sun and for the gift of water. The afternoon will begin with a prayer of gratitude for the season of summer. Outdoor fun in the sun will follow, including face painting, crafts and kite flying.
