A burglar broke into a car while it was parked at Rosedale Park and stole an assortment of items valued at more than $1,000 in the April 29 incident.

A person who claimed to be a Navesink Drive resident’s employer contact the resident and requested multiple purchases of gift cards from the resident. The incident was reported May 4.

A 31-year-old Hamilton Township man was charged with theft for taking a “Relay for Life” cancer donation jar from the counter at the Lukoil gas station on Pennington Road May 7.

Someone stole a blue Trek bicycle from a bicycle rack on Gentry Court by cutting the lock that secured it to the rack. The theft was reported May 9.

A 25-year-old Pennington man was charged with criminal mischief for tossing eggs at a Crest Avenue residence May 13. The victim called police, who responded and found the man. He was issued a summons and released on his own recognizance.
