A 31-year-old Ozone Park, New York, man was charged with possession of fraudulent documents after he was stopped for a motor vehicle violation on Bear Tavern Road Nov. 3. During the investigation, a police officer reportedly discovered that the temporary license plate and vehicle registration for the box truck he was driving were fake. The driver was arrested and released on his own recognizance.

A Kubota mini excavator, valued at more than $30,000, was reported stolen from Midstate Equipment on Route 31 sometime overnight Oct. 23. The mini excavator was taken from an area outside of the store.

A 28-year-old man who walked into the Hopewell Township Police Department to discuss a civil matter was charged with disorderly conduct and resisting arrest Nov. 3. He told police he had an ongoing dispute with a landlord regarding land that he farms. During the discussion, he allegedly became belligerent. He was arrested and released on his own recognizance.

A 43-year-old Philadelphia woman was charged with possession of fraudulent documents after she was stopped for a motor vehicle violation on Bear Tavern Road Nov. 4. The investigation revealed that the temporary license plate and vehicle registration for the Nissan sedan she was driving were fake, according to the allegations. She was arrested and released on her own recognizance.

A Woosamonsa Road resident told police that someone had filed for unemployment benefits using his personal information. The incident of identity theft was reported Nov. 4.

A single-car crash on Mountain Church Road led to a charge of driving while intoxicated against a 28-year-old Ringoes man on Nov. 5. Police responded to the crash and determined that the driver was operating the GMC truck while under the influence of alcohol. He was arrested and released to the custody of a friend.
