A 25-year-old Howell man was charged with driving under the influence, careless driving, reckless driving and failure to maintain lane after he was stopped by police for allegedly weaving on Wyckoff Mills Road Aug. 2. The man allegedly showed signs of impairment and was processed and released.

A 24-year-old Monroe resident was charged with driving under the influence, reckless driving and careless driving after a police officer observed the driver allegedly failing to stop properly for a red traffic signal on Route 130 July 31. The driver allegedly showed signs of impairment and was processed and released.

A 35-year-old Lawrence Township man was charged with driving under the influence, failure to submit to a breath test, reckless driving, careless driving and failure to maintain lane after a police officer saw the driver allegedly weaving on Route 130 July 30. He allegedly showed signs of impairment and was processed and released.

A 32-year-old Hamilton Township man was charged with defiant trespass July 29 after he was allegedly found on the property of the Colonnade Motel on Route 130. He had allegedly been warned not to trespass on the property. He was also found to have an active warrant for his arrest, and was taken to the Mercer County Correction Center in Hopewell Township.
