The fatal crash occurred at 10:32 p.m. on Sept. 19, police said. A 32-year-old Monroe man was operating a 2003 Ford Econoline van traveling on Route 130 southbound when he allegedly lost control of his vehicle and crossed the grass divider, the northbound lanes, and struck the guardrail off the northbound shoulder of the highway.
