Real estate seminar slated at Middletown library July 28

Carly York, a sales associate with Resources Real Estate, will present the seminar, “The State of Middletown Real Estate,” from 7-9 p.m. July 28 at the Middletown Township Public Library at 55 New Monmouth Road.

The seminar will educate homeowners, buyers and sellers about current events in Middletown’s real estate market, including property tax information, neighborhood-specific sales data and new home-building projects.

Laura Wicks of Greenway Mortgage will also speak and discuss current mortgage rates and various products available to buy or refinance a home.

John Addonizio of Fidens Insurance will present information about homeowner’s insurance and flood insurance in particular.

Attendees will have a chance to have their specific questions answered by a panel of experts. Desserts and coffee will be served. Registration is not required, but encouraged by emailing cyork@ResourcesRealEstate.com.
