Rutgers Prep, Somerset

Rutgers Prep offers a wide variety of summer camps for boys and girls ages 3-18, and an academic summer school for students entering grades 3-12 (courses available for enrichment, review and advanced credit). Camps include a long list of sports (lacrosse, basketball, tennis and baseball), along with full-day and half-day options for technology, writing, art, chess, Legos and more. For the youngest campers, they offer MiniBlast, where children can play and learn in a nurturing environment. Back again this year are some of their partners — International Ivy, Play-Well TEKnologies, and Active Learning, along with robotics, gaming and programming, and a host of enrichment classes to please everyone. Some exciting new additions to camps and workshops this summer include: Lingofaster (a foreign language acceleration workshop), Entrepreneurship Conference, the International Summer Academy at Rutgers Preparatory School, Debate Club and Creative Writing. Most of the full-day camps include lunch, and before- and after-care options are also available with some camps. All camps are led by a dedicated and energetic staff, who spend quality time making your child’s camp experience is fun and rewarding.
