ABERDEEN — Air Trampoline Sports will host a blood drive to benefit Central Jersey Blood Center (CJBC) from 4-8 p.m. Aug. 15 at its location at 111 Route 35.

The blood that will be donated can be used in a variety of medical procedures and can even be used to help treat a patient who has been diagnosed with cancer.

“At this point, the need for blood donations is an emergency. We are appealing to everyone to make donating blood a priority. For those who are donating blood, thank you. It is appreciated and needed,” said CJBC’s Director of Donor Relations Michael Leviton.

As a token of appreciation, all donors who participate in the drive will receive a free 30-minute jump pass as a thank you.

All blood donors must be at least 16 years old, healthy and weigh at least 120 pounds. Bring a valid signature identification card, drink water and eat a full meal before donating blood. To make an appointment, contact Mark Horowitz at 732-583-3000 or mark@airtrampolinesports.com.
