Join us at the beautiful Plainsboro Preserve for a nourishing self-care retreat, where nature, movement, creativity, and calm come together.
Choose a half-day or full-day experience filled with guided indoor and outdoor wellness activities designed to support your physical, emotional, and mental health. From gentle yoga and mindful art to energizing nutrition talks, peaceful nature walks, and more — you’ll reconnect with yourself, find inspiration, and leave feeling refreshed, grounded, and uplifted. There will also be ten minute chair massages.
Explore a variety of practices that you can continue at home, whether you’re looking to move, create, reflect, or simply to unplug and take a break from the everyday.
All fitness levels are welcome.
