The Chittick School PTA will hold its Fall Clothing Drive, rain or shine, 10 a.m.-2:30 p.m. Oct. 15 at the school, 5 Flagler St., East Brunswick.
Items sought include clean, wearable clothing; handbags and belts; stuffed animals; curtains; snow pants/boots; shoes and sneakers; coats, hats and gloves; blankets, comforters and linens; backpacks and lunch boxes. Toys will not be accepted. All donations should be gently used.
Merchandise should be in usable condition, packed in plastic bags and dropped off curbside at the school. Donated items will earn 20 cents per pound and be distributed through the American Red Cross and the Chittick PTA. Receipts will be available for tax purposes.
