The following local races will take place on Election Day, Nov. 8:

Aberdeen – no municipal election;

Hazlet – Democrats Joseph Belasco and Gary Linderoth vs. Republicans Scott Aagre and Michael Glackin. Full term, vote for two;

Holmdel – Democrats Barbara Singer and Karen Strickland vs. Republicans Eric Hinds and Michael Nikolis. Full term, vote for two;

Keyport – Democrats Collette Kennedy and Victoria Pacheco vs. Republicans Kenneth Howe and Warren Chamberlain. Full term, vote for two;

Matawan – Democrats Brett Michael Cannon and Josephine Salvatore vs. Republicans Charlie Ross and Frank Whalen. Full term, vote for two;

Middletown – Democrats Raphael Borgess and Mary Jo Fabiano vs. Republicans Gerard Scharfenberger and Kevin Settembrino vs. Independent Brian Largey. Full term, vote for two.
