Monmouth Players to stage ‘A Sting in the Tale’

The Monmouth Players will present Brian Clemens and Dennis Spooner’s “A Sting in the Tale” at 8:15 p.m. April 9, 15, 16, 22 and 23 and at 2 p.m. April 10, 17 and 24 at the Navesink Arts Center in the Dean K. Anderson Theater, 149 Monmouth Ave., Atlantic Highlands.

With their financial resources rapidly dwindling, two successful playwrights decide to create a victim and then fit the mystery plot around the dead body. Problems arise when they blur the line between fiction and real life.
