With 31 years of experience in real estate, Donna Warters of Weichert, Realtors’ East Brunswick office has set the bar for hard work and tireless dedication. This steadfast devotion to her clients was once again rewarded with accolades from both Weichert, Realtors and New Jersey Realtors for her outstanding performance in 2015.

Since joining Weichert, Warters has been recognized for numerous awards and distinctions. Most recently, she earned the New Jersey Realtors Circle of Excellence Sales Award at the Gold level for 2015, an award which she also received each year from 1993 through 2001 and from 2008 through 2012. Previously she achieved the New Jersey Realtors Circle of Excellence Sales Award the Platinum level from 2002 through 2007 and again in 2013 and 2014. These awards serve to recognize New Jersey Realtor members who have demonstrated excellence in the field of salesmanship.
Additionally, Warters has been honored numerous times with the Middlesex County Multiple Listing System Past President’s Award. This award represents agents who have achieved the highest number of listings closed in the given year.
Warters has been honored as a member of Weichert’s President’s Club for 2015, continuing to place her among the top Weichert sales associates. Prior to this accomplishment, she was named to Weichert’s Chairman of the Board Club for five consecutive years, where she ranked among the most elite associates at the company, and was a dedicated member of Weichert’s President’s Club every year of her Weichert career before that.
As a staunch believer that Internet promotion plays a critical role in a well-balanced marketing plan, Warters creates a custom marketing package around every seller, which includes a dedicated website and individualized publicity plan focusing on their home.
