Metuchen will hold an Earth Day Celebration from 9 a.m.-12 p.m. on April 23. Join the Metuchen Recreation Commission, Environmental Commission and Metuchen Public Works in a community clean up of Kentnor Park, corner of Kentnor Street and Middlesex Ave. If the turnout is large, other park assignments will be scheduled. Bring work gloves, rakes and clippers. Work boots may be worn as it may be muddy. Snacks and water will be provided.
