UWA Elite Pro Wrestling will once again partner with The Valerie Fund for a fundraiser on June 4 in South River. The event will take place at Holy Trinity Church, 90 Leonardine Ave., South River, starting at 6:30 p.m. (doors open 6 p.m.)
“UWA Elite Pro Wrestling is a family friendly sports entertainment company that provides action for all ages, which makes us a perfect fit for an organization to partner with The Valerie Fund,” said UWA Elite Owner Dave Swan. “The Valerie Fund provides health care for children with cancer and blood disorders. We are very proud to help in any way we can.”
The event taking place this Saturday night, “UWA Elite Living on the Edge” will feature ten huge matches including Sayreville’s Archadia taking on King Tek in a “Last Man Standing Match”, The first round of the “2016 Tag Team Combat Cup” (a 12-Team, three month long tournament), and a Triple Threat Match between Kyle “The Beast” Winant, UWA Elite iChampion Joey Adams, and Sean “Damage” McNelis.
Other UWA Elite wrestlers scheduled to appear include UWA Elite Champion Hedges, UWA Elite Trios Champions The BROtein Pack, UWA Elite Tag Team Champions The UnstoppaBULLS, Nicholas Kaye, Neiko Sozio, Mikey Pacifica, Drake Chambers, Bowes, Cory Dillinger and many more.
Holy Trinity Church will be running a secondary fundraiser by selling concessions to raise money for the South River Food Bank.
Tickets for UWA Elite “Living on the Edge” are currently available online at UWAElite.com. Tickets will be $20 at the door; advance tickets can be purchased online for $15. Family 4-Packs of tickets are also available online for $50.
