The foods of summer can be fresh, delicious, and incredibly nutritious, but cookouts and barbecues do not always offer the healthiest options. Join Bartley Healthcare for a fun and interactive talk on how to navigate summer cookouts to maximize both fun and nutrition to stay happy and healthy in the sun.

On July 13, Bartley Healthcare, in co-sponsorship with Centrastate Medical Center, has dedicated a community education program entitled, “Stay healthy during Summer Cookouts” to ensure that you survive the temptations of summer fare. Anthony Dissen, M.A., R.D. will be the keynote speaker, offering simple techniques to enable you to achieve your fitness goals. A light, healthy dinner will also be served.
