According to a press release from the AAUW, both women intend to continue their education and obtain their doctorate degree at a later date. Ioviero would like to become an administrator in the educational field and Colte would like to become a director of guidance or a vice principal, according to the press release.

Proceeds from the AAUW’s annual used book sale fund the scholarships and branch members thanked the community for its continued support.
